The process detailed here can be used for a person carrying out the whole project on their own or with one or more additional writers to help them.The topic for your e-book should come from research carried out in articles you have written, possibly on a subject you have knowledge about. Why not start by writing a range of articles which will not only help you with your writing practice but they can be used to get interest in the book you are compiling. The overall structure can be a work in progress while the article content is being written.
