Fantasy And Fiction Books Review

If you want some magic and fantasy this summer, then here are some books choked with fantasy and magic all set in ancient and magical settings.

George R.R. Martin writes Game of Thrones, a suspenseful book where kings and queens and knights all fight for the throne, whether with sword and mace or with poison and magic. However, the Others are coming in with armies of the dead to kill off all the kingdom's people. The book thrives with its great characters developed well and richly as well as the way that the prose carries a sense of bloodthirsty desire to conquer. If you are interested in books about realms and magical struggles, then this is the book for you.

A Clash of Kings is another book written by the same author and contains similar plots and themes of magical elements and struggles. As the kingdoms have broken apart, vengeful motives and a desire to capture the throne fills the kingdom. If you like books that have dark magic and political suspense as well as the personal struggles of people with various agendas and motives and pasts, then this book will be the one that will rivet your senses and fasten you to the pages as though you were under a mighty spell yourself.

A Storm of Swords is another by the same author, and it is about the characters who try to hold the kingdom together and keep it all from falling apart. The characters from the previous novels return to seek their destiny and to struggle forth with all their new desires. There is more magic, fighting, and spellbinding suspense in this novel, as well, so that you can immerse yourself into the series and really enjoy the world of magic that Martin creates.

A Feast of Crows is another book by the same author. Few books have captivated the imagination of its readers as has George Martin's monumental epic series of fantasy. The long-awaited fourth book of the landmark series shows the kingdom torn asunder as it is on the brink of peace. Suddenly, it is launched on an even more terrifying course of destruction. Daring new plots and dangerous new alliances are formed while surprising faces appear from past struggles to take up the challenges ahead. For a feast for crows, many are the guests but only a few are survivors.

Star Wars: Fate of the Jedi by Aaron Allston tells the story after Chief of State Natasi Daala has been overthrown. The Jedi Order has taken control of the Galactic Alliance but the new governors dismantly Daala's draconian regume. Even the Jedi's new authority may not be enough to save Tahiri Veila, the former Jedi Knight and onetime Sith apprentice convicted of treason for killing Gilad Pellaeon, the Galactic Alliance officer. Luke and Ben Skywalker are relentlessly pursuing Abeloth, the power dark entity bent on ruling the galaxy but they also realize they must face the fury of the Sith death Squadron and their quest turns into a suicide mission. For a book about adventure and fantasy mingled this is the book for anyone who loves a good quest and a story of daring exploits and endless adventure.

The dictionary defines appreciation as "a favorablecritical estimate," "sensitive awareness" and "an expression ofadmiration, approval or gratitude." When you appreciate someone, youare tuned into a positive quality of another human being and expressyour gratitude for it. ...
