
The Black Keys will serve asSaturday Night Lives musical guestonMay 10th, just three days prior to the release of their eighth studio album, Turn Blue. The episode, hosted by Charlize Theron, will feature tracks from that Danger Mouse-produced LP, and may include the psychedelic slow-jam Turn Blue and the hypnotic Fever.

On May 16th, the band will headline the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama. After that, theyll hit the road for an extensive summer tour of European festivals. Their Saturday Night Live appearance will be the bands third on the show and first since 2011.
Meanwhile, St. Vincent (Annie Clark) has also been recruited for her debut appearance on the show.The acclaimed art-rocker will be featured on theMay 17th season finale episode,hosted bySNLveteran Andy Samberg.
Clark released her fourth studio album, the eclecticSt. Vincent(which earned a four-star review from Rolling Stone), back in February. During a supporting tour for LP, she and her band offered a stirringtribute to Kurt Cobainduring a gig at Chicagos Riviera, playing a faithful rendition of Nirvanas 1991 classic Lithium. Clark then paid further respects to the band at their recent induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, joining Lorde, Joan Jett and Sonic Youth vocalist-bassist Kim Gordon for a four-song set of Nirvana classics.
